Kit Packing and Fulfillment
We operate a 150,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled, secure facility dedicated to kit-packing, fulfillment, contract packaging and warehousing. Automated processes and stringent quality control procedures allow us maximum control and flexibility.
Kit-PackingWe go the extra mile to ensure that each kit is assembled in a custom shipper designed to withstand the rigors of shipping while protecting the contents. We use flip top boxes for added strength and dividers and layers to securely fit all kit pieces inside. Kit components are assembled in planogram order with detailed instructions to make store set up easy and foolproof. Automated poster rolling of large format pieces helps conserve space in the kit and cut down on shipping costs. Our kit-packing operation is staffed by full-time trained personnel who follow a methodical inspection process during kit assembly. Line samples are pulled every 15 minutes to verify the accuracy of the kit on an item by item basis. On average we can pack up to 1000 complex kits per shift. In order to tighten our production schedule and reduce lead times we utilize reverse engineering principles to print, finish and kit-pack items based on complexity. FulfillmentWe offer an online call-out system in which the customer chooses kits and/or pieces, submits the request with applicable shipping information, and the request is filled automatically.
Contract PackagingFCP® operates a 24/7 contract packaging service for In-Home Sampling, Dimensional Mailers, Shippers, Care Kits and Promotional Pack-Outs.
WarehousingWe maintain 70,000 sq. ft. of secure, climate-controlled warehouse space to store finished goods for our clients. |
