We specialize in folding cartons for consumer products, dimensional mailers for in-home sampling programs; hang tags and many other packaging components. We offer a turnkey solution from structural design and prototyping to extensive in-house finishing capabilities.

Our structural designers have assisted many customers with the creation of unique folding cartons, dimensional packaging and custom packaging using ArtiosCAD software for packaging design. A high-tech Kongsberg XL cutting table allows us to produce 3D models of prototypes for reviewing and white samples of approved designs for printing and manufacturing.

Contract Packaging

FCP^® operates a 24/7 contract packaging service for In-Home Sampling, Dimensional Mailers, Shippers, Care Kits and Promotional Pack-Outs with a stringent inspection process for accuracy and reliability. Contract packaging services are conducted by trained personnel in a 150,000 sq. ft. climate controlled building.
